Our appointed law firm handle all the complicated legal work making the claims process simple and stress-free as possible for you. The process is broadly defined by three stages:

1. Contract Analysis

Our experienced team of energy experts analyse your contracts for free to identify points of mis-sell / hidden fees. If you are eligible, you will be appointed a solicitor.

2. Litigation

Your appointed solicitor will inform the defendant of the claim and begin preparations for settlement discussions as well as the possibility of court proceedings.

3. Payment

Once your claim has settled, our appointed law firm will pay the funds into your bank account once they are received.

Energy Industry Statistics

Energy firms have been forced to pay out ÂŁ389 million in fines and redress payments over the last 10 years, with 25% of fines going to the treasury and 75% as redress payments. When tallied up, energy firms have had to pay back the equivalent of ÂŁ100,000 a day, every day, for the last 10 years due to noncompliance with regulations. As of November 2020, £64.9 million has already been dished out – the second biggest amount after £71.9 million was paid in 2015. Ofgem estimates that over 90% of contracts entered into via a broker or TPI are mis-sold.
